Lauren Underwood (D-Ill.) co-sponsored a bill called the\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" has left supermarket shelves empty across the country.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Formula manufacturer Abbott Nutrition announced on Monday evening that it had\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\"
