[ad_1]

At the Police Academy in Sarajevo, 200 students are currently undergoing basic training. Here they learn about the police profession, socialize, and live, and by the end of the year, they will be ready to perform their duties honorably.

It is important to mention that the Police Academy of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs currently has 200 participants in basic police training who live here and are training. After the training, it is planned to employ them in the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Zenica-Doboj Canton as police officers.

The head of the Department and long-term police officer Nusret Besirevic said that the students at the Academy receive quality and adequate education.

The Police Academy of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs has the capacity, both in terms of staff expertise and in technical terms, for modern and quality training of candidates for police service. During the schooling, the students, among other things, acquire modern theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of criminology, police work, martial arts, training machines, informatics, English language, and weapons, said Besirevic.

From the point of view of Academy students

Cadet Medaris Alomerovic is a former member of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AFBiH) who spent six years in the Tactical Support Brigade and is one of the best students of the XXIX generation. He explained what the days at the Academy looked like.

The curriculum of the Academy is defined in such a way as to encourage us to constant development and learning, such as martial arts, fitness, motor skills, and units from theoretical lectures, and professors who teach have top experience and knowledge, both practical and theoretical part. I would like to point out the superior commanders who selflessly dedicate time, effort, commitment, and knowledge that they pass on to the cadets every day in order to improve the knowledge and skills that we will use as police officers in our future careers,Alomerovic stated.

I will be honored to wear the Federal Police Administration (FPA) uniform and serve the citizens of BiH. On behalf of all cadets, I can say that we will perform our tasks honorably and honestly and be guided by the letter of the law and the interests of the state, Alomerovic concluded.

Soon 358 new cadets

Competitions are currently underway for the admission of police officers in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Canton Sarajevo, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Una-Sana Canton, and Ministry of Internal Affairs of Canton 10, which means that after the completion of the competition procedure, another 358 candidates for police officers will be trained at the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Academy.

Namely, the Federal Minister of Internal Affairs, Aljosa Campara, stated that he was convinced that the security system in BiH would be significantly strengthened by accepting new police officers into the police administration, which would certainly contribute to a higher level of security.

The Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs will make every effort to start training all candidates for police service as soon as possible. That is one of the reasons why we focused on the work of the Police Academy of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs, and especially the Department for Basic Police Training, which is in charge of training cadets from all over the Federation of BiH (FBiH) and whose work the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs is proud of,” said Campara.
