Farmington NH High School names Top 10 students in Class of 2022

FARMINGTON — Farmington High School has announced the Top 10 students in its Class of 2022. The following is an alphabetical list of the students:
Josh Aubut
Coming into high school, Josh Aubut was an honor roll student. All his life, he got As and Bs. Once he got into high school, he did really well. His freshman year he had mostly As for the first semester. In the second semester, he had all As for the first time. After that, he had high grades all through high school. He had the highest GPA in economics and got to graduate with distinction. He is looking forward to the next chapter of his life.
Cadence Bailey
Cadence Bailey is going to Great Bay Community College for two years to get her associate’s degree in liberal arts then she is planning on transferring to another college to pursue a degree in forensic science.
Allie Brindamour
Allie Brindamour finished her high school career fourth in her class. She achieved high honors and honors all four years at Farmington High School and is the recipient of the Goodwin Library, Beulah Perkins Thayer and The Norma Park Memorial scholarships and awards. She graduated as a New Hampshire Scholar with an emphasis in STEM/Art. Allie received offers from many schools, but has chosen to attend The University of North Carolina at Wilmington in the fall to study criminology and criminal justice. Special thanks to friends, family, and teachers that were always there and for all their support along the way.
Tamika Lavrich
Tamika Lavrich is the daughter of Angela Lavrich. Tamika will be attending NHTI for two years, while studying business administration; afterwards transferring to a university to pursue a career in interior design. She was also accepted into the University of New Hampshire, Plymouth State University, Southern New Hampshire University, as well as the University of New Hampshire at Manchester. Tamika achieved the honor roll multiple times throughout all four years at Farmington High School. She was a member of the volleyball team for three years. Tamika was a class officer member for three years, serving as Historian. She was a member of ETS since 6th grade, as well as a NH Scholar. I would like to give a special thank you to all of the teachers who have helped me along the way and got me to where I am today. Another special thank you goes out to my mom Angela for helping me along the way and being there whenever I needed help or was struggling.
Kylie Locke
Kylie Locke has been accepted into Great bay Community College with plans for starting in the fall. She will begin in the liberal arts program, which takes two years to complete. From there, she will be transferring into a licensed nurse curriculum. As of now, she is an LNA and is working as a babysitter for an amazing family.
Emma Lord
Emma Lord is the daughter of Victoria Brunelle and granddaughter of Bill and Carol Lord. In the fall, she will attend Empire Beauty School where she will take the necessary classes to obtain her cosmetology license. Throughout her four years of high school, she maintained high honors. She participated in FCCLA for two years while she was at Coe Brown. She was also a member of the Coe Brown Volleyball Team for a year and the concert band for two years. Emma would like to thank her mother, Victoria, grandparents, Bill and Carol, and aunt, Melisa, for all of their unconditional love and support throughout the last four years.
Clayton McCorkle
Clayton will be attending the University of New Hampshire.
Meadow McGrail
Meadow McGrail, the daughter of Stacy and Chris McGrail, is graduating from Farmington High School as the co-valedictorian in her class with a 4.0 GPA. Over the course of her time in high school, she has achieved grades of high honors and honors, participated in class events, held the position of class treasurer (junior and senior year), participated in community service (trash pick-up, feeding the homeless, school events, etc.), and maintained a strong work ethic and attitude all while balancing a job and home life. To further her education, next year she will be attending Great Bay Community College where she will get her associate’s degree. Once she has that, she will transfer to a four-year university where she will complete her bachelor’s degree. As of right now, the plan is to study business, but she is undecided on what the future may hold. With the ongoing support from her family and loved ones, she will continue to strive for future success.
Aaron Walter
Aaron Walter is the son of Kelly Tarrants and Matt Walter. He has been a part of the varsity soccer and baseball team for four years, and a part of the basketball team for two years. Aaron has also been a part of both the National Honor Society and the Robotics Team. He was featured on WMUR as the “Hometown Hero” for his contributions both in the school and in the community. In the fall, Aaron will be attending WPI, where he plans to study aerospace engineering.
Aidan Watkins
Aidan Watkins is the son of Sarah and Boyd Watkins. Aidan is the Valedictorian of his class and achieved high honors and honors throughout all four years at Farmington High School. He was an active member of his class, the school’s robotics team and varsity golf team as Team Captain, and National Honor Society. In the fall, Aidan will be attending Worcester Polytechnic Institute as a mechanical engineering major. Thank you to Mr. Byles for his sense of humor.
